September 18 marks the International Equal Pay Day, established to raise awareness on a topic that remains highly relevant: the pay gap between women and men.
At Grassi Spa, we are committed every day to building a working environment where equity is not just a value, but a concrete reality.

The International Equal Pay Day is an opportunity to reflect on what has been achieved and what still needs to be done. The gender equality certification, obtained in 2023, is one of the tools that allows us to monitor the results achieved and define increasingly specific objectives.

Our commitment is reflected in initiatives designed to improve the quality of life of our people: from inclusive career paths to policies supporting work-life balance, including the maternity bonus and health prevention programmes.
These are actions that are part of our broader vision of social sustainability, consistent with our identity as a Benefit Corporation.

We talk about this also in the following insight on our website.

The International Equal Pay Day is also a moment to look at the global context: according to UN Women, the gender pay gap persists in many sectors, even in those with a high female presence.

In this 2025, the year of our centenary, we renew our commitment to promoting a fair, attentive and evolving work environment.
Because we believe that sustainability also means respect, listening, and equal treatment.
