Equilibrio tra vita lavorativa e famiglia

Today, on May 15th, we celebrate International Family Day, an important occasion to reflect on how families are at the heart of our lives and, consequently, of our company policies. At Grassi, we have always been sensitive to sustainability and social responsibility issues, with respect for gender equality and the balance between work and family life at the core of our daily actions.

In this 2025, Grassi’s centenary year, we celebrate not only the long history of the company but also the values that have guided us to this point. In recent years, we have actively worked to create a work environment that meets the needs of our people, supporting them in the different phases of their lives, without neglecting well-being and safety. The gender equality certification and our commitment to becoming a Benefit Corporation, formalized with the change in our legal status in 2023, are tangible results of this vision.

But we don’t stop at formal aspects: at Grassi, the work culture is deeply intertwined with respect for the families and personal lives of each individual. For example, thanks to our collaboration with Tigros supermarkets, employees have the opportunity to shop online and have their groceries delivered directly to the company – a small but meaningful gesture that helps save time and reduce stress, enabling a better work-life balance. Additionally, to promote the health and well-being of our people, we have partnered with Lilt to offer breast cancer prevention visits, an initiative aimed at raising awareness among female employees and supporting them in their care and prevention journey.

Another initiative we care deeply about is the mothers’ bonus, a tangible help for future mothers, so they can live this important life phase with peace of mind without sacrificing their career.

Grassi Spa, as a Benefit Corporation, is aware that sustainability is not just about the environment but also about the people who contribute to the company’s growth with their commitment. Our vision is clear: to be a reference point for the territory, promoting gender equality, well-being, and a healthy balance between work and family life. Because our work is not just about “what we do,” but also “how we do it” every day, with passion and responsibility.
