Once again this year, Grassi 1925 enthusiastically took part in PMI DAY, the national initiative promoted by Confindustria to bring young people closer to the world of business. The 2025 edition, focused on the theme Choosing, offered students, entrepreneurs, and managers a chance to meet, engage, and inspire each other.
On 14 November, Simone Grassi was among the participants of the opening stage of the “Pianeti” contest, held at the “Daniele Crespi” High School in Busto Arsizio. The game, designed by Karakorum Srl, brought students and professionals face to face in a lively one-hour exchange of questions, reflections, and provocations. A true dialogue across generations, touching on the future, change, and sustainability.
But Grassi 1925’s commitment didn’t stop there. On 19 November, the company welcomed two middle school classes from Lonate Pozzolo for a very special morning. After a short introduction, the students – split into two groups – were guided on a company tour by Giulio and Simone Grassi. A journey into the heart of production, where they observed how our products are made and discovered the many skills involved.
From department to department, the young visitors followed the process of creating a technical garment: from prototyping to cutting, through the lab and warehouse. It was a valuable opportunity to understand the complexity of Grassi 1925’s daily operations – from order management to material sourcing, from style to logistics.

Initiatives like PMI DAY are essential to building bridges between schools and businesses, helping young people make more informed choices. For Grassi 1925, it was a pleasure to share a day of discovery, connection, and inspiration with them.
