This year marks the tenth anniversary of the Grassi Albania plant, a significant milestone that reflects Grassi Spa Group’s continuous commitment to strengthening its presence in Europe. The Librazhd plant, covering an area of 44,000 sqm, currently employs 170 people and is certified according to the highest international standards (SA 8000, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001).
On the occasion of the tenth-anniversary celebration, Simone Grassi, son of the company’s president, stated: “The growth of Grassi Albania is a testament to teamwork and shared commitment. We are pleased to have a capable and motivated local team that continues to contribute to the development of the plant and the achievement of our common goals.” His visit, along with Simone Soldavini, head of production, highlights the strong connection between the Italian headquarters and the Albanian branch.
Over these ten years, the plant has grown significantly, maintaining a strong connection with the headquarters in Italy and adopting the same high standards of quality and safety. Innovation and sustainability have always been among its top priorities, key elements to facing the challenges of the global market.
With future expansion plans, Grassi Albania aims to continue being a strategic production hub, with prospects for further recruitment and development.
