Suppliers Day Iren

During the Suppliers Day 2026 organized by the Iren Group in Milan, Grassi 1925 was among the companies recognized for its commitment to circularity and sustainability.

The initiative represented the final stage of a series of meetings organized by the Iren Group in its core territories, with the aim of strengthening dialogue with companies across its supply chain and sharing the priorities of the 2025–2030 Industrial Plan, focused on sustainability, innovation and ecological transition.

The event featured speeches by Luca Dal Fabbro, Executive Chairman of the Iren Group, Gianluca Bufo, Chief Executive Officer, Selina Xerra, Director of CSR and Territorial Committees, and Vito Gurrieri, Director of Procurement, Logistics and Services.

The workshop brought together companies and partners from the Group’s supply chain, providing an opportunity to discuss the development prospects of the supply chain and the strategic role of suppliers in supporting Iren’s growth. Today, nearly 11,000 companies collaborate with Iren, representing a total order value of around €8 billion between 2020 and 2025.

In this context, the Suppliers Day was also an opportunity to recognize the value of collaboration with companies particularly committed to sustainability and the circular economy. Alongside Grassi 1925, Gencantieri S.p.A. and Pietro Fiorentini were also recognized, anticipating the introduction of an annual award dedicated to companies most active in these areas.

The recognition received confirms the importance of the work carried out by Grassi 1925 over the years in the areas of quality, responsible manufacturing and sustainability, which are increasingly central elements in the relationships between large industrial groups and their supply chains.
