The technical textiles sector is undergoing a profound transformation, driven by material innovation, sustainability and increasing collaboration between companies, research organisations and industry.
In this context, Giulio Grassi has been appointed to the Board of Directors of TexClubTec – the Italian Association of Technical and Innovative Textiles, the technical textiles division of Confindustria Moda.
This appointment will allow him to contribute to the Association’s activities and to discussions on the key challenges currently shaping the sector, including the development of new materials, technological innovation, sustainability, competitiveness and skills development.
TexClubTec is Italy’s leading association for companies operating in the technical textiles sector. It promotes dialogue between businesses, institutions, universities and research centres with the aim of supporting the growth and competitiveness of the entire supply chain.
For Giulio Grassi, this new role represents an opportunity to contribute his experience within an organisation that brings together some of Italy’s leading companies in the technical textiles industry, supporting the Board’s activities and the development of shared initiatives.
