On May 19th, at Volandia Parco e Museo del Volo,
we celebrated 100 years of Grassi 1925.
It was an intense evening, filled with emotion, encounters, memories, and gratitude.
On stage, Roberto, Alfredo, Simone, and Giulio shared the journey of a company that today is a Benefit Corporation, looking to the future with responsibility.
The evening opened with a speech by Emanuele Orsini, President of Confindustria, who delivered a message of encouragement to companies that invest in the future and in people.
It was also the moment to say thank you: to the long-standing employees and the younger ones, to our international branches, to historic partners and those who have recently joined us in tackling new challenges and projects, and to the Il Perograno Association, which contributed to the table settings with a floral touch. A thank you that extends to all the guests: families, friends, former colleagues, representatives of institutions and business associations, suppliers, and those who traveled from afar to be part of this special moment.
During the evening, the employees presented the ownership with a heartfelt tribute: a small olive tree, symbolizing the one planted in the company’s park, a group photo, a commemorative t-shirt, and biscuits made for the occasion, along with the centenary stamp used to decorate them.
After the cutting of the beautiful cake, the evening continued in an atmosphere of celebration and togetherness, with music and smiles.
At the end of the evening, each guest received the centenary book and a small bag of biscuits as a memento.
Before the aperitif, guests had the opportunity to visit the Volandia Museum, guided through its stories and curiosities.
A sincere thank you to everyone who made this evening possible, and to those who chose to be there.
This centenary is not just a milestone: it is the starting point for continuing to write a story of work, people, and future.
